1. The service
Kepteo is a WordPress plugin and an online dashboard. From your plain-English requests it prepares changes to your site as drafts, runs health checks and a daily security scan, and publishes a change only after you approve it.
2. Your account
Keep your login safe; the same email and password connect your sites. You're responsible for the sites you connect and for having the right to change them.
3. Approvals
Every change is shown to you before it goes live. Approving a change means you've reviewed it and want it published. Kepteo never approves on your behalf.
4. Restore points
Before Kepteo changes anything, it saves a restore point, and every approved change can be rolled back. Restore points cover the changes Kepteo makes. They are not a full backup of your site, so keep your host's backups switched on.
5. What Kepteo won't do
Kepteo won't publish without your approval, won't write files on your server, and won't open configuration or password files. When it can't do what you asked, it tells you instead of doing something close. It may also refuse requests that would break these rules or the fair use terms below.
6. Fair use
Don't use Kepteo to break the law, attack other sites, or publish content you don't have the rights to.
7. Trial, billing and cancelling
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. After it, plans are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page. You can cancel from your billing page; changes stop at the end of the period you've paid for, and every change you approved stays on your site.
8. Availability
We work to keep Kepteo running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. If Kepteo is unavailable, your website keeps running normally; only new drafts and approvals wait. You can check the status page at any time.
9. Liability
We work hard to keep your site safe and every change reversible, but the service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
